Understanding how slots tournaments work is very simple, but first, just as you played in a slots tournament at your land based casino. Remember you would sit at a bank of slots with about 10 other players, once the tournament began it was then a process of elimination until you had a tournament winner, either though a single tournament or series of tournament rounds.
Well there is not really much of a difference with online slot tournaments, you still play against other players through cyber space. Each player will be given a certain amount of credits whereby you'll have a certain time period to play your credits. Once the allocated time for that specific tournament that you're playing is up, the player with the highest amount of credits will win!
Getting Started With Slot Tournaments
Getting started with Ponline slot tournaments couldn't be easier! You need to have the casino software installed on your computer. Your first step will be to download the casino and complete the sign up process. If you have the software already installed, the 'Tournaments' section will appear in the Games section when you login to the casino lobby via the casino icon on your P.C.
To take part in a tournament, open the software and complete the following simple steps:

You will be able to see all the game info on the games General Tab. This will include the Entry Fee, the top prize, the total prize pool and registration details. In Scheduled tournaments, you will only be able to join a game once entry has opened, which is generally a few hours before the tournament starts. Sit and Go tournaments will require a minimum number of players to join before the tournament starts.
Sit and Go Tournaments
Sit and Go tournaments are not subject to a starting time, they start as soon as the minimum number of players have joined the tournament. Some Sit and Go tournaments require as few as five players, which means that, most of the time you won’t have to wait that long for a tournament to start. Sit and Go tournaments keep you entertained while you wait for Scheduled tournaments to start!
If you’re one of the first players to register you will have to wait for other tournament players, whilst waiting, you can play the regular slots while you wait as the casino automatically alerts you when your tournament begins.
Once the final player has joined, you have 30 seconds before the tournament begins, so you will need to keep your eye on things! As soon as the tournament ends, the final winning results will be made known immediately.
Re Buy Or Continue
Most slots tournaments will give you the opportunity to Re-buy or Continue when your credits are finished before your time is up, depending if there is still time left. Re-Buys are like a lifeline giving you the chance to try your luck again by buying back into the tournament and starting from scratch. Continue button will give you a smaller amount of extra credits plus extra time, but anything you win will be added to your current score. Most tournaments have a limited amount of each, you can see how many of each in the brackets, so make sure you use them wisely!
